HOW THE DETOX WORKS 

Step 1 Choose Your Plan

Select the length of your cleanse. We offer 3, 5 and 7 day packages, along with our 3 Week Wellness & Body Reset Challenge.

Step 2 Select Your Delivery Option

Merseyside & Surrounding Areas

Liverpool, St Helens, Widnes, Runcorn, Formby, Southport & Skelmersdale

• Order by 12 noon Friday for delivery the following Sunday & Tuesday.

Rest of the UK

• Order by 12 noon Thursday for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday.
• Orders placed Friday/Saturday will be dispatched the following week (stock permitting).

Important:

• Outside Merseyside: Freeze all juices immediately upon arrival.

• Merseyside deliveries: Refrigerate on arrival. Depending on cleanse length, freeze 1–3 days as per the instructions included in your box.

If you need delivery outside these times, please email us we’ll help where possible.

Step 3  Drink & Enjoy

Follow your plan for the number of days selected. Full instructions are included in every cleanse.

Helpful Guidance for Your Cleanse

To get the most from your JuiceTox programme, our customers often find the following tips helpful:

• Drink at least 2 litres of water daily.
• If you choose to include caffeine, stick to 1 black coffee, tea or green tea (no additives).
• Hot water with lemon can be a refreshing addition during your cleanse.
• Light movement only intense exercise is not recommended while on a cleanse.
• Juices and some soups are vegan/vegetarian friendly.
• Natural separation can occur  simply shake well before drinking.
